Esau

Esau and his family set up the Gurkha House restaurant in April 2008. The family come from Katmandu, in Nepal.

Angelie

Angelie is Esau's sister, and works with him at the tables. The family has a long association with the Gurkhas.

Babu

Babu comes from the same family in Nepal. He has 18 years experience as a chef—experience which shows in his meals.

Sondra

Sondra is Babu's brother. He works with Babu in the kitchen, helping him prepare the delicious meals which are the restaurant's trademark.
